1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and MB8 Casino ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the MB8 Casino website, mobile application, games, and all services provided through the platform.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at MB8 Casino at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, different phone numbers, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

By registering, you agree to:

4Deposits & Payment Methods

MB8 Casino supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian members:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the MB8 Casino account holder. Deposits from third parties — including family members, friends, or corporate entities — are not permitted and will be returned or forfeited depending on the circumstances.

MB8 Casino does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. Should an unusual deposit delay occur, please contact our support team with proof of payment for prompt resolution.

MB8 Casino reserves the right to limit or decline deposits from certain sources if there is reasonable cause to believe the funds originate from illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

MB8 Casino members may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated on the respective promotion page.

The general rules that apply to all MB8 Casino bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn;
• Only one (1) deposit bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms;
• Bonuses are for the sole personal use of the receiving member and are non-transferable;

7Game Rules

Every game available on the MB8 Casino platform — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, poker, Dragon Tiger, and Sports Betting — has its own specific rules stated within the respective game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

General rules that apply to all games on MB8 Casino:

• Multiple account registration or bonus abuse;

• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities;
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, MB8 Casino reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings obtained through means that violate these Terms. Original deposit balances (real money, excluding bonuses) that remain unused may be returned to the member, subject to the outcome of the investigation and applicable legal compliance.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the MB8 Casino support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be completed or waived, and any pending withdrawals will be processed first.

10Limitation of Liability
